Tikka Boti Masala
Ingredients:
Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
Crushed Red Chili 1 tbsp
Chaat Masala 2 tsp
Tatary ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Carom Seeds 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds 4 tbsp
Yellow Food Color 1 Pinch
Method:
• On Tawa, add 4 tbsp cumin seeds, 2 tsp carom seeds. Cook and sauté.
• After this add ½ tsp tatary, ½ tsp salt, 1 tbsp crushed red chili, 1 pinch yellow food color, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 2 tsp chaat masala. Mix well.
• After this pour into bottle, this masala is enough for 2 kg chicken tikka,
