Recipe of Chili Garlic Sauce
Ingredients:
Red Tomatoes 1 kg
Onion 1
Vinegar 1 cup
Water 2 glasses
Red Chili Powder 50 grams
Jaggery 50 grams
Garlic 50 grams
Salt 1 tsp
Corn Flour 1 tbsp
Method:
• Peel off zest of 1 kg red tomatoes and take out seeds.
• Now cook with 2 glasses of water, 1 tsp salt along with 1 onion.
• Cook until the tomatoes tender. And leave it to cool.
• After this add 50 grams garlic, 50 grams red chili powder, 1 tbsp corn flour, 50 grams jaggery, 1 cup vinegar. Blend together.
• In the end cook in the saucepan, while stirring the spoon continuously.
• When it get thicken, turn off the flame.
