How To Make Rasmalai
This mouth-watering "Desserts" recipe for Rasmalai can be prepared in 30 minutes and serves 2-3 people.
Recipe Ingredients
1 liter milk
1 egg white
1 cup dry milk
50 grams almonds and pistachio
½ cup sugar
1 tsp kewra
1 tbsp cornflour
½ tbsp baking powder
¼ tsp cardamom powder
Recipe Method
Cook 1 liter milk and add cardamom powder.
Also add in sugar.
Now beat egg white until foamy.
Mix in baking powder and dry milk until done.
Then add cornflour dissolved in water and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add in kewra, chopped almonds and pistachio.
Mix and turn off the flame.
Delicious Rasmalai is ready to serve.
