Rasmalai Recipe
How To Make Rasmalai
This mouth-watering "Desserts" recipe for Rasmalai can be prepared in 30 minutes and serves 2-3 people.Recipe Ingredients1 liter milk1 egg white1 cup dry milk50 grams almonds and pistachio½ cup sugar1 tsp kewra1 tbsp cornflour½ tbsp baking powder¼ tsp cardamom powder
Recipe Method
Cook 1 liter milk and add cardamom powder.Also add in sugar.Now beat egg white until foamy.Mix in baking powder and dry milk until done.Then add cornflour dissolved in water and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add in kewra, chopped almonds and pistachio.Mix and turn off the flame.Delicious Rasmalai is ready to serve...
